Just a thought really......
Now I am BR, how much does the OR watch my comings and goings?
For example, I have recently bought some small items on ebay and sold some small baby bits too. Didnt tell my OR about my paypal account; is it being watched?
Some posts that I read make me think "sh*t! I should have done/said/declared this/that"
But I'm toodling along here without OR contact and nothing in my life has changed except I dont have debts to pay.
I still pay my Life Assurance every month, but apparantly thats a mistake!
Help please!

It would probably be wise to refrain from buying or selling on Ebay until you are discharged. Effectively it is trading and, no doubt, you would be delighted to make a profit, who wouldn't? Therefore, I should desist for now if I were you.

I wouldn't worry about Ebay. Providing you're selling personal things and not buying and reselling you'll be fine.

I wouldn't worry about buying on their either - what you do with your surplus is up to you.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Hi Skip

I agree with the buying from ebay as long as its not items worth £100's and its just low amounts then it should be fine.

I have bought a few items from ebay in the last week or so as christmas gifts and they are much cheaper, also saves the hassle of going to the shops.

LOL

I've spent about £100 on there in the last two months. I have also made about £50 from selling baby things. The problem is, because I have not been interviewed and have never discussed my I&E with anyone official, then I dont know what I should or should not be doing. Yes I have this site to look at but they dont know that. The leaflets I was given are very basic and talk more about large assetts being disposed of and about business dealings. TBH, I think I would just plead ignorance!
I'm just very confused at the moment.
