We are going bankrupt this Friday and I am just getting all of my papers in order. Can someone tell me what the OR will need from me? Do they need all of my statements etc? I have most of the stuff but perhaps am missing a few things from my catalogue companies. Also when they ask for these things what do I do with them? I'm presuming I have to take them somewhere?
If you have a look at my blog I've listed the things the OR asked me for. Don't worry if you don't have all the statements as the OR can get these from your creditors.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
I just want to echo what skippy has said, but dont think you will need them on the day you declare bankruptcy....I only had to send them once i received a request from the OR - I did however get them ready beforehand.
