Hi there,

Can I assume that paying my accountant for my final years books will not be classed as preferential treatment by the OR as it's my responsibility to sort out the tax and vat?

Regards,
Andy

Hi andy

to pay the accountant is fine.
This is payment for services and not credit thus the OR will have no problem.
