hi
I received a letter today stating that my trustee is applying to the Secretary of State and Trade for his release as my trustee. He adds that he has attached his reciepts and payments as trustee for my information and that his release as a trustee will have no effect upon the date of the dischage of my bankruptcy. It amounts to 1379.00- do I owe this? I have transferred over the deed of the half of my house to my husband etc and haven't yet been discharged (applied for br in sept 2007) what does this mean any help gratefully received! thanks so much

Hi Louise

I think this is just a courtesy letter, you dont have to pay anything.

U said u went BR in sept 07, thats 14 months ago, and that you have not been discharged, were u put on a delayed discharge or something as normally its just the 12 months unless the OR apply for an extension.
