hi all, as you know i am going BR, and you know what its like you start to hang your head low and tell people, well low and behold an old friend has shocked the hell out of me by telling me her mess, and is very interested about going bankrupt too ! but she is petrified as they have been a little naughty, she is asking me questions i cant answer and does not have internet access, so i said i would ask you guys on here...........i hope that ok ? sorry about waffle !
right they have been claiming tax credits and DLA for one of their daughters, he works full time but does some cash in hand work on the side and she has been doing a bit of mobile hairdressing which she hasnt declared, she was doing hairdressig one day a week in a nursing home nursing home, but stopped in feb of this year i think, but was doing that for 2 1/2 years and not declaring it ! so is petrified that if she goes bankruot they will see all this and she will get done for benefit fraud, i dont know the answers to any advice i can give her would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Joella,
Why not give her the freephone helpline number and one of my colleagues can talk her through it?

Unfortunately not. If she leaves a message with one of my colleagues, I'll call back tomorrow (please specify a convenient time).
