Hi
Have posted here before BR and now I'm waiting for the OR to contact me.
I wondered if anyone had any ideas on a couple of questions:-

Before BR a company filed a claim in the local small claims court for items I didnt receive, I disputed all the claim and then got a form back from the court telling me to fill it in on or before today, it is to appear in court I think, do I still fill it in or does my Bankruptcy make it null and void? It was regarding my business and I ceased trading on 15Nov.
Also, one of my creditors is my electric supplier at my home, will they cut me off?

Any help most appreciated thanks

Sue

Hi Sue,

It is unlikely your electricity supplier will cut you off. They may, however, now insist on a pre-pay meter being installed.

With regard the claim, I wouldn't worry as this debt will be written off in your BR. I would suggest writing back to the court with a copy of your BR order.
