hi im thinking about going bankruptcy cause i owe so much and just cant pay it im only working part time and also have a car which i pay off every month. how long would it take and would i have to go to court

Hi Daviddp and welcome to the forum.

You would indeed need to attend court for a bankruptcy. Waiting times accross the country vary, but they're usually 10-14 days.
