Could someone give me advice on what happens when you get a visit from the the high court enforcement officer? i had a visit today but was not in. what can they do? and what powers have they got?

Hi Sam,

They have the same powers as County Court bailiffs in the fact that they can sieze goods, or get you to sign a Walking Posession and agree a repayment schedule. Like County Court bailiffs, they cannot force entry unless they have already been in once before.
