One more question, Can I write to the court to ask for details so that I know what to expect at the Feb hearing?
Thanks

Hi
it is highly unlikely that they would write back other than to give you a list of local solicitors and the address of the CAB etc.
You would get a better picture by either calling the helpline or have a chat with us if you prefer.

Absolutely you can ask - best to phone up rather than write
