Just a quicky again: been bankrupt since the end of October, had a telephone interview which all went rather well and since we've heard absolutely nothing - not from court, the OR or anyone! Should we be expecting contact at some point soon or is it likely it's that straight forward there's nothing else to do on it?

Would give them a call but my speech has gone to pot in the last few days :|

hello synaesthesia

Everyones circumstances are different and some are more complicated than others. If there is a car or BI to be sorted out then you should here something from the OR. When the OR as interviewed you they usually go away and do a little more research as regards to the reasons you gave for your bankrupcty, and your answers to the questions he asked.

I had my interview on 4th November and I had to phone the OR office just to make sure they had informed my creditors, because i was still getting calls from them.

They have sent me a letter since asking a few more questions but my car as been sorted and the BI in my house needs sorting out.

These things do take time because as you can imagine they are very busy.

As I said if your case was very straight forward then you may not here anything, but don't hold your breath.
