is it always possible to buy the BI in my house and car or could i get an OR that says im not sort of responsible enough with money or i owe too much, i mean could i get an OR who would like to really punish me? thanks
Im not 100% sure what you mean but NO the OR wont have a go at you for your spending.
Yes if you go BR and a 3rd party can buy your BI then that can be done.
If you can keep the car when the OR says that there is BI in that then again you can get the figure from the OR and get someone to pay the BI.
They dont want to take stuff back if they can get some money back its better for them and less hassle too.
