To anyone who wants to see how much their property is worth vis a vis their bankruptcy and purchasing beneficial interests/avoiding losing home, etc.
I think people should focus on ACTUAL prices in property sales which have happened, not forecast prices for properties which have not sold, as in Zoopla.
A good site is Nethouseprices. See this link and search for your postcode;

That site says it all to me - no houses sold in my street since July 07. At the time it was a detached 3 bed, similar style to my semi, and it sold for £139950. In the past month we have had 3 repossessions.
And they try and tell me my house is worth £155k....I don't think so!!
Thanks for that site, it will help us no end.
