Is there any gurantee that a relative would able to buy the share of equity to pay into the bankruptcy,,at the moment we are doing a debt management plan which is paying into it per mnth.

I don't think anything is guaranteed, but I do think it is the norm for the BI to be offered out.

Hi

if a 3rd party has written to the OR with your knowledge and blessing, offering to buy BI then I would be shocked and amazed if that 3rd party were not given first refusal.
After all, if they don't buy it then the OR has to find a new buyer in one way or another.
