After a year of trying to sort things out, I have submitted to my fate and will be declaring myself BR in January. I have downloaded the forms and unsure on how to answer the question: "is anyone holding any cash for me" I have made arrangements for my wages to be paid into my boyfriends bank acc so when my own bank acc freexes I can still access some money. After being made BR I will then open my own bank account. How do I legally have to answer this question? Will anything happen to my b/f account if I say that he is holding money for me? Thanks

I think that this question is referring to lump sums of cash rather than salaries. I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be along to correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi

MrandMrs is correct.
The question relates to capital rather than income to meet essential expenditure.
