I owe a lot of money to HMRC, personal and my one-man company taxes. WOuld these be cleared by declaring bankruptcy? I am currently mostly living in Europe although I have UK domicile and all my assets are in a rental house in Europe. I do not own a house but I do have a UK pension which I currently pay 250 a month into.
