hi all, i ave my court date for 12th jan for BR and feeling really scared now !!! i jsust want to check with you guys and see that i have all this correct ! so.... 1. court petition for BR....then, talk to OR and set a telephone interview ? 2. telephone interview takes place some weeks later ? thats when they go through SOA with you and clear up any questions they have with you ? what sort of things are they asking ??? 3. thats it then ??? is it just a case of waiting for discharge after that ???

Yes thats pretty much it although the interview can be within a few days to a few weeks.
They go over mainly how you got into the debt, what triggered it, just all the things you put on your SoA.
After the call or face to face then it will be waiting for letters of excemption for items that are ok to keep, sorting out assets etc and then yes waiting for the discharge date.
They may sort out things like the income payments agreement if you have one other than that you may have the occasional call from them then but that would be that.
