i am on income support and in debt would i still have to pay all the 495.00 to do this i havent got two pence to rub together

Hi Tracey & Welcome

You should be able to apply to the local court for a reduction in the fee of £150 bringing it down then to £345 and not the full £495. But you would have to contact your court to find out how you go applying for it.

Hi the court will provide you with a fees exemption form which i would recomend you sort out first to make sure you qualify for the lower fee of 345
