If your in a partnership and live with the person also in your realtionship, can you be interviewed together by the Offical reciever or would we be interviewed seperate?

If most of the debt is primarily due to one party then occasionally you can be interviewed together.

It is more usual to be interviewed separately, however there is no reason at all that you can't have the support of a third party there.

brill thanks, just i tended to do all the paperwork side and management and my partner was almost like and employee so would be bettrer if they interviewed me and my partner together
