am filing bankruptcy for second time have no choice debts just totally out of hand have a question my wife needs to file bankruptcy to as her debts are bad and i pay her debts from my wages as its £500 to go bankrupt what am goner have to pay does my wife need to pay these fees as all income she gets are our tax credits and child benifit what totals £174 a month other wise she has no other income and advice as am so worried would they want attachment of earnings as only spare income we have is about £200 a month after all normal bills are payed

Ian,

One piece of bad news is that you may have to wait 5 years for your discharge due to it being a second BR wuthin 10 years and the OR may go harder on you this time. Good luck to you. Also, the second thing is that you and your wife will both have to pay the OR fee. There mat be ways of getting help with the costs of the court, though. Please advise of all your circumstances so we can help you come out of this as best as possible. Probably, this forum may not have been around the last time you went BR. All the best.
