i am going bankrupt this month will the or take my childrens games and posestions playstations ect

Hi Chris,

This was one of my major concerns, and I think it is a major concern of all parents going BR.

The OR will not take your children's games, toys, playstations, etc... For starters they wouldn't be valuable enough to be of interest to the OR; As a rule of thumb, the OR is really only interested in assets worth £1000 or more.

Hi Chris

I would not worry about the kiddies stuff being taken, like you i had that worry but i should not have worried as it does not happen unless its worth over £500 or more and then the OR has to sell it, make some money and give you some back for a replacement.

So as for kiddies games, toys etc i would just put that to the back of yur mind :-)

The OR is only interested in anything of value belonging to the person going BR.
