Hi
I have sent my last 3 wage slips to moonbeever on the 29th dec as they asked.
I still have not got my NT tax code, i went BR in Oct.
Surely it will soon be to late to get this thing set up. What will happen if i dont get the NT code this month.
Should i get a letter from Inland Rev informing me or do they just do it.
If it doesnt start till feb will it be too late and what will happen.#
Has anyone had this happen, where its to late even thought moonbever are involed.
begining to worry about it now.

I seriously would not worry about this, it may even come about that you dont get it changed in time and so it would not come from you anyhow.
I would just sit back and wait. We did get a letter from the IR about my OH's NT code changing then his changed, we went BR in Aug so it changed in Oct so about 2-3 wages later.
I honestly though would put it to the back of your mind.
No news is good news they say :-)

I am trying to relax but its so hard. I keep telling myself to take everyday as it comes but i am such a worrier.
I also think i may get a BRO/BRU as i spoke to a examiner taking over the case and if he can get enough evidence from the credit card companys then we will get one but only 2.5 years.He said some people may think i should not of borrowed money for my IVF treatment and should of remained childless, but i never thought i wouldnt be able to pay it back, but things happen. This doesnt worry me its just i want to know what is going to happen so i can get on with enjoying my life with my little girl. who is worth everything to me.
sorry i just needed to get that of my chest. I must learn to be patient, you would think that waiting 10 years for a baby should have made me very patient, but you know what i mean, i just want it over so we can get on with living and not worrying.

Hi Sahara,
I'm in exactly the same situation as you. Went BR in October but have still not had NT tax code applied. If I don't have it, they can't have it is the way I look at it. I have also sent them my last three payslips, which they have sent back saying to let them know when the NT code has been applied.
Bizarrely, my husband, who also went BR, has been applied his NT tax code but has had NO contact at all from Moonbeever. Therefore, we have kept the money to one side and it is earning a little bit of interest in another account!!!
Please don't worry - it is no fault of yours that the nil tax code has not been applied yet.
