Hi just another quicky what happens if someone makes you br is it the same as a personal br and can you add other debts to this i supose i'm asking how does it work if someone else makes you br

Hi Kazy
Its works the same way more or less that all debts will be included. The only thing is you dont have the option and ability to get things sorted out beforehand and also keep your dignity.

Hi Kazy
If a creditor is making your OH bankrupt then he wont fill in a SOA he will be sent a Bankruptcy Preliminary Information Questionnaire (PIQB) - this is a questionnaire you will be asked to complete if someone else, a creditor, makes you bankrupt. It is needed to give the Official Receiver more information.
I dont know if he will attend the court, i dont think so he will just be notified i think.

Hi Kazy
I think the rest of the bankruptcy then works the same only he did not petition.
So you would have the PIQB to fill in, an interview etc etc.

I wish one of my creditors would have gone for my br in a way, more so because i could of saved the fee!!
Onwards and Upwards is the way im going :-0)
From "Moneyworries" to "Movin On" in 3 months is fantastic :-))

Thats great news Kazy at least he can put his point accross.
Are you wanting to go BR then or do you want to try and stop it.
Movin'on i know what you mean it would have saved us the fee but the most we got from our creditors was they would either do a Charging order or take payment direct from our wages.
Oh well we got there first and i am sooooo glad we did.
Another note its lovelly and white down here in Somerset, we had a very hard frost last night -5 i think it was.

Yes he does want to go br it has been a long 2 years with this business partner of OH and at least now we can move on with our lives and start living.
Heard off the other blokes solicitor that an application for br was put into cheltenham in yesterdays post in our eyes the only one losing is him.
