I was refused a barclays basic account. It was, i beleive, the basic account and they did not accidentally try to open a full account. As it is supposed to be Br friendly I am miffed why I was declined. One possibility is that i am not on the electoral roll at my address. Anyone know why?
sorry, I don't know, I opened 2 basic account with Barclays on the day I was declared bankrupt and I was not on the electoral register and there was no problem, how odd
