If you dont have the funds then you would not be able to petition for the bankruptcy. If your on a low income or certain benefits you can apply to get the fee reduced by £150 but that would mean you still have to find the £345. If you stop paying your creditors then you could save up.
If you wait for a creditor to make you bankrupt you can wait a vry long time and in the mean time then can ger orders for bsiliffs etc.
Can a family member not help you out thats another option.
