had my or phone interview,my petition was prepaired by a company and they failed to put in my personel pension i recieve £32 per month apparently it is tax approved? anyway it was not disclosed to the or and now i dont know what to do please help very scared want to do everthing to the book

Hi

I assume that this company disclosed the existence of the pension in section 3 of the SoA but neglected to add the sum as regular income in section 6.

The OR will bo doubt see this as an oversight.

However, if it was not listed in section 3 and the examiner has found the payment from your monthly bank statements that could be an issue.
As you signed an affadvit when petitioning the court the company you engaged is exonerated from any responsibility for the omission.
