Hi guys
I aint got any money what so ever, will I get in trouble for putting a deposit for a rented house on a credit card and paying for a removal van on a credit card, even though i know im going bankcrupt and have a date? or Im going to be stuck? |

Hey there HM and welcome to the forum 
I should imagine it wont look too good, however as it is already done then you cannot really turn the clock back. Have you stopped paying your creditors yet ? If not that is another way people afford those kinds of things.
Out of curiosity - did you take cash off the credit card (as a cash advance) or did you pay on your credit card?

I havent done either yet, i gota move into my rented house in two weeks and as i dont have a job anymore i have no income to live on never mind pay to move, I have put a claim in for job seekers but this aint going to come through till after the BR and I live 200miles away from where im moving to and dont really have any family to help? |

Have you called the helpline or spoke to anyone about your br, just to make sure you know all the ins and out ?

yeah spoke to citizens advice etc but they wouldnt advice as to if i could do this or how i could do it? |

Hi Helpme
I would give our helpline a call on Monday, that number is 0800 078 9367.
As for using the card, unless your making payments to them that could be seen as very naughty and the worst case scenario is a Bankruptcy Restrictions Order BRO or if you agree it may only be a BRU the lesser one.
