 my wife is going bankrupt

my wife is going bankrupt and the only bank account is mine as shes closed hers down now,do i have to provide bank statements as im not going bankrupt. thank you

I would say that if its just a single account that has never been joint, which is only in your name then the OR should NOT touch it and it will be safe.

You could get her to open a Coop Cashminder account on the day of the hearing and then if she wants to she could get all her benefits paid into there, thats if you wanted to of course.
