Good morning

I moved out of my property on 22/09.My landlords were the local council and I had a letter from them yesterday asking me to prove that I have buildings insurance in mine and their joint names and if I cant prove it they will go ahead and arrange it and add it to my service charge account.(Last of which was included in my BR).

My question is do I forward this letter onto the OR and write and tell them I am BR and give them the official receivers address.

Many thanks

Nicki

Hi Nicki,

I would forward a copy of this letter to the OR. In addition, i would write back advising them of your BR and giving a copy of your BR Order.
