I am also in thailand but about to go bust in the uk . all my stuff is in my thai wifes name , so no trace .. I wouldnt think they would come up unless you have been transfering money using your uk bankaccount .eg
eg uk bank --- 15000---- thai bank
Then the reciever might be a little suspisious and try to trace the missing money
Please bear in mind that intentionally misleading or lying on the statement of affairs is a criminal act. It would fall under the purjury laws - which you will have to sign.
You will also be asked specifically by the OR if you have any assets anywhere else in the world.

If you disclose the money (as Paul quite rightly says you should), the OR/Trustee will have a claim against it. They would ask you (more than likely) to transfer it to them.
