hi i went br in sept last year and at that time i sent a copy of the br form to my creditors i have recently had several phone calls from a debt collection agency who say that they have had no notification of my br,so i said that i had informed the origtinal debt holder which is o2 and that i sent them a copy of the br cert (i also sent the debt collection agency a copy) but both say they have not received it and now they want to send a collections officer to my house, i have told them to look it up on the insolvancy register which they say they have and that my br is on there so what do i do now
