Hi i have filed for br and my wife paid for my artic lorry on her credit card the lorry has been pinched thats why im going br her name is on the company will her debt for the lorry be taken into acount thanks steve

Hi Stephendm and welcome to the forum.

If the credit card is in her sole name, then the debt is solely hers and will not be included in your BR (only if she goes BR as well).
