Hi, Quick question, If I go bankrupt would my wifes assets be taken into account, all debts for the bankruptcy are in my sole name

No they will not touch anything that doesnt have your name on it.

Hi Simon1 and welcome to the forum.

Regrettably, assets in BR are viewed similarly as in a divorce. The OR could potentially argue you have a matrimonial interest. What assets are you talking about here?
