If you have a car which the OR will want, as you could get to work on public transport, can a family member get first refusal to buy it from the OR?

Hi

as long as an agreement can be reached on the sale price I'm sure the OR would be delighted.
Saves him the job of disposing of the vehicle which in itself is a negotiating point.
