Hi there

From the figures dscussed I would be very surprised if there were any change left from the 40,000

There are the costs of the trustee, the Insolvency Service, The Goverment % of what is achieved from your estate ( Ad velorum fee)

The 150 per month would seem to be an Income Payment Agreement which is based on a percentage of your monthly disposable income and is payable for 3 years. If they have not pursued you for the agreement ( usually collected by Clark Willmot & Clark solcitors in Taunton) it may mean that the funds in the house were sufficiant to cover everything.

The could have pursued you for an income payment Order which is stamped by the court but again their not doing so may mean you are free from the burden.

Are you now discharged? You can check on the insolvency web page.
