Hello everyone

Just a quick question re property.I moved out on 22/09 and from about a month later my property was up for sale on the internet.I have just seen the price has dropped by £10,000 as it still hasnt sold.

My question is when it is repossed is there any timescale that they have to sell it by.IE is there so long it stays on the market before going to auction.

Many thanks

Hi nicola

no there is no set time,. it is entirely the decision of the lender as to how long it is marketed before auction, and what is an acceptable offer.
