hi,when you apply for reduction in court fees if both of us are going BR do we both apply for reduction on 2 seperate forms, my partner has a low wage i dont earn anything but get WFTC.

HI

We have just gone br and i thought i could get reduction being on JSA you can if its income based but mine is contributions based so i couldnt. [typical.].

The court has a booklet of all the benifits that qualify if you ring court they should be able to tell you also if joint income is less than 18000 i think this qualifies.
