Hi

Has any one had experience of these or singed them when returning keys?

I wondered if any of you had noticed any "shortfall clauses" in the VR paperwork - we all know what krafty bar-stewards the mortgage companies can be...

DO NOT SIGN THEM

They are just trying it on, I did not sign any such forms, even though NR told me too! AS for sending the keys back, they don't really do this anymore, NR told me they would just go and change the locks, I just threw the keys in the bin
