Hi All

We both feel that our IVA will be turned down again and need to prepare for the next step. We feel that we have no choice other than BR, does anyone have any info on the process in particularly the IandE side of things.

A wealth of information is avialable from the official Insolvency Service website;

http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/

You can search this site for anything to do with bankruptcy. For example, search for income payment agreement.

Specifically, concerning I&E's please go this link;
