in the summer i sold a phone for 200 pounds, it subsequently broke 3 months later, i offered a refund but he went down the court route, i told him it was a bad idea as it was a pre bankruptcy debt. he has recently started sending me threatening mails as i have started selling on ebay again, not however in large volumes, will the courts come after me? thanks
