I am self employed and VAT registered.
If I take bankruptcy is it possible to stay as such so that I can continue to work as I do have a good customer base?

Hi jw (snap - my initials too!!!)

if you plan to continue to trade after bankruptcy not only can you keep the current trading name - you are legally bound to do so.
So no problems there jw.
