If my personal pension plan has been made "paid up" whilst I am still undischarged, am I able to keep the money if I cash it in?

Any information would be welcome.

Hi tonkaboy

Any additional income or windfall you receive prior to your discharge should be reported to the OR. The OR would have notified your pension trustees of your bankruptcy so they should have been made aware of anything like this.
