i have recieved a letter regarding the beneficial interest in our property.there were 2 copies one for me and one for my partner.which one can we send back.as my partner was the one who wasn,t declared bankrupt will it be best to return hers.confused?

There is no problem in returning one or both copies - you will ony be purchasing 1 x beneficial interest - they have a duty to write to each party

thanks melanie.i just presumed that i wouldnt be able to buy it as the bankruptee.
