i am waiting to go bankrupt (when i can get £495 together) what should i do with my creditors in the mean time - advise of my intentions or just ignore them
we have not gone BR yet but we found that just metioning BR completeley changed any creditors attitude from "pay us now" to "let us know you OR details when you go BR"

hi, same here, ive started telling our creditors we are going BR and so far(touch wood) they have been very good and just said please let us know when you are. Im still a little bit worried they will do something in the meantime, got till feb 27th.
Hi J.S. I'm not an expert but the same happened here. When I told the creditors they were very understanding and said they would stop calls for a few days. When they called again they confirmed the details and held the calls again. Good Luck
i am also saving up to go bankrupt but finding it difficult as am on a four day week remember there is an alternative to bankruptcy coming in in april called debt relief order which i am led to believe will be about 100pounds but is only up to debts of £15000 and desposible income of £50
