hi i owe 15.000 income tax.if i go bankcrupt will i still owe this tax money has i cant aford to pay it..thank`s

Hello,

It should be wiped out by bankruptcy as long as none of it is for fraud.

The IR often make people bankrupt who owe back taxes so the only difference would be your's was a debtor's petition instead of a creditor's petition.
