Was unsure about the car may have to make a offer to keep but just before he rang back to speak to the wife said i could keep the car (great).Wife's interview lasted about 10 mins (jammy) as most debts were joint both very relived all done now. discharge 12 months or sooner and that was it.just the local paper now.
Well done GUSS onwards and upwards as they say...you will probably have an early discharge in about 6 months, so open a bottle of wine tonight or what ever your favorite tipple is and toas each other to a debt free future and to seeing it through together, it is often a sad fact that debt leads to separation, the fact you have done this together is really great to hear. Here's to proabably your first good nights sleep in ages.

If it is any help, before I went bankrupt I looked for the notices of other people in the local paper just to see what it looked like. It took me a while to find it and it was in a tiny little section towards the back of the paper in amongst the advertisements in font you would need a magnifying glass to read. I am not sure how many people even read that far unless they are deliberately looking for it. Anyway, what is a few moments embarassment compared to a new debt free life.
