THE INLAND REVENUE HAVE BANKRUPCY PROCEEDINGS ISSUED, MY BROTHER WAS A LTD PARTNER IN THE BUISNESS 2 YRS AGO I HAVE NO ASSETS,CAN THEY GO FOR HIS HOUSE, HE IS NOT NAMED IN THE PROCEEDINGS AND WAS EARNING 250.00 PER WEEK

was your brother a partner in a business, or a director in the Limited company.

Also is the revenue debt for just you or a partnership?
