hi john dont know what u mean about 3rd party ive got a secured loan against the property and a charging order is this 3rd party

Hi

i'm not sure of the content of the post that preceeded yours.
I have looked but to no avail so i'll have to guess.

I think your question related to your property which is in negative equity.

A 3rd party to buy your beneficial interest would be your husband / partner, a family member or a close friend. If you own the property jointly and both parties are declaring bankruptcy then you can buy his and he yours.
