If a bankrupt fills out an EDREV and IPOQ having been given a nil tax code ipa already can he/she still expect ED or do they actually make them wait for the auto discharge in such cases?
I suppose creditors might be objecting, of course. This person has waited 6 weeks since filling out the forms.
I got ED, I used to check the insolvency register daily (sad, I know!) and I happened to see I had been given early discharge before I had received the letter! The letter came a few days later. Get the person to check the register regularly.
It may just be taking some time, I completed my forms on 17th October but didn't get the discharge until 15th January - which is still not showing on the Insolvency service website.
