My boyfriend has been given a writ saying that bayliffs will come to our property to remove goods. issued from marston group high court enforcement officers. a second letter has arrived 1 day later saying we cannot sell our house until matter is resloved.
If he declares bankrupt - which he was planning to do anyway will this debt be included in the bankruptcy?
