My state pension is 92.64 per week and pension credit of 31.41 per week. I've put my monthly outgoings as follows. are they reasonable?
housekeeping 200
gas/elec/heating 90
water 40
telephone 25
travel 25 (for petrol)
clothing 40
car tax 10
car insurance 12
tv licence 12
emegency repairs etc 50
car maintenance 25

your thoughts would be appreciated. i'm in court on tuesday

Your allowances seem perfectly acceptable, the OR would not take your state pension into account for IPO purposes so you would not be paying money back to the OR under an IPO.
